Information We Collect
- Organization info: name, contact email, and details you provide during registration.
- Order info: item selections, order totals, and the first name customers enter for order display.
- Payment info: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical info: basic logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to run the Service.
How We Use Information
To provide and operate the Service, process payments, display order status on staff and pickup screens, communicate about your account, and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We share information with Stripe for payment processing and with hosting providers who run our infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order and organization records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, audit, and dispute purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS, encrypted storage at rest, and row-level authorization. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the contact below.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing us.
Children
The Service is designed for use by adult organizers and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page.
