The one-time $9 activation fee is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not begun accepting live orders. After 7 days, the activation fee is non-refundable.

Per-Order Platform Fee ($0.25)

Our policy for the $0.25 per-order platform fee when an operator issues a customer refund is pending confirmation from our Stripe Connect specialist. We will publish the final policy here before enabling live payments. Nothing on this section should be treated as a final commitment.
Customer Order Refunds
Refunds for individual food/beverage orders are issued at the discretion of the operating organization (the school, league, or booster club running the stand). ConcessionOS does not independently refund customer orders. Contact the stand's organization directly for order-level refund requests.
Card Processing Fees
Fees charged by Stripe for card processing are governed by Stripe's terms and may or may not be returned on refunds independently of ConcessionOS.
