1. Agreement
By registering for or using ConcessionOS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ConcessionOS provides mobile QR-code ordering, staff dashboards, and pickup boards for concession stands operated by schools, youth sports leagues, and similar organizations.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
4. Fees
A one-time $9 activation fee applies per organization. A flat $0.25 platform fee applies per digital order. Cash orders carry no platform fee. Card processing fees are handled by our payment processor. Fees are locked at the time of each transaction.
5. Payments and Payouts
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Organizations that accept card orders must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Payouts to your connected account are governed by Stripe's terms.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts you do not own, disrupting other users, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to process transactions unrelated to legitimate concession operations.
8. Content and Menu Data
You retain ownership of the menu, event, and organization content you provide. You grant ConcessionOS a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outback Investments LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
